BACK GROUND:

In the past, pipes were mainly connected by compression fittings. These fittings would loosen due to resonance effects in the pipe system, requiring regular maintenance. Therefore, such connections are suitable for exposed installations. Regarding press fittings, their quality depends on the hardness of the stainless steel sleeve, the performance of the sealing ring, and the tools used.

INTRODUCTION FOR SLIDING FITTINGS:

Sliding fittings consist of a sleeve and a fitting body. They offer advantages such as reliable connection, easy installation, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic appeal.

Working Pressure: ≤1.6 MPa

Medium: Cold and hot water

Working Temperature: 0 to +95℃

Characteristics:

1. Excellent Sealing Performance

When connected to the pipe, the joint is compressed by the sleeve, forming an integrated unit. This design provides anti-vibration properties and prevents loosening. The multiple ribs in the nipple act as sealing rings, offering superior performance compared to rubber rings, which are prone to scratching and aging. The brass sleeve further enhances joint protection.

2. Wide Range of Applications

Due to the unique structure of the nipple, these fittings can be used with various plastic pipes and are suitable for radiator systems, underfloor heating systems, sanitary water systems, etc. This versatility makes them ideal for both exposed and concealed installations.

3. Cost-Effectiveness

Sliding fittings are economical, requiring no maintenance or replacement. Their service life matches that of the installation system or building structure. While most people focus on the initial cost of the system, economists have shown that long-term maintenance and replacement costs often exceed the initial investment. Thus, sliding fittings are the most economical choice.

4. Easy Installation

The simple yet effective design allows installation by pushing the sleeve to the end with a tool, ensuring a secure connection. This method works even in narrow spaces or corners.

5. Health and Environmental Benefits

The installation process is clean, preventing water contamination. The airtight sealing ensures no external pollutants enter the system.
