Introduction:

A compression fitting consists of a fitting body, screw cap, brass compression ring, O-ring, and gasket.

Working Pressure: ≤1.0 MPa

Medium: Cold and hot water (pH 6.5–8.5)

Working Temperature: 0°C to +95°C

Thread Standards: Conform to ISO 228-1 (G-series).

Materials:

Fitting Body: CW617N brass (EN 12165) / HPb57-3

Screw Cap: CW617N brass (EN 12165) / HPb57-3

Brass Compression Ring: CW617N/ HPb57-3

O-Ring: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) / NBR (Nitrile Rubber)

Gasket: PTFE

TYPICAL INSTALLATION

1. Remove burrs

2. Install the Brass Compression Ring and Screw Cap.

3.Insert and Align the Pipe.

4. Tighten the Screw Cap.
